Life Coaching and Hypnosis for High-Achieving Professionals
I work with professionals when work no longer reflects who they are.
There are moments in a career when things stop making sense.
You may still be competent, experienced, and reliable — yet the environment around you has changed.
Decisions feel misaligned.
Your role no longer matches your values.
What once worked no longer does.
I work with professionals who find themselves in this kind of transition and want to regain clarity, agency, and direction — without becoming someone they are not.
This work is not about motivation or positive thinking.
It is about restoring coherence between who you are, what you do, and the context you operate in.
How I work
Most professional difficulties are not caused by a lack of skill.
They arise when different layers of a person’s professional life are no longer aligned:
- expectations and reality
- responsibilities and authority
- values and decisions
- identity and role
When these layers drift apart, people experience confusion, loss of energy, and self-doubt — even when nothing is “wrong” on paper.
My work focuses on helping clients clarify these layers, understand where misalignment is happening, and make deliberate choices about what to adjust: their goals, their actions, or their position within the system.
The process is structured, reflective, and practical.
We work with clear objectives, concrete scenarios, and real constraints — not abstract ideals.
Who I typically work with
The people who benefit most from my work are professionals who:
- are navigating restructuring, layoffs, or organizational change
- feel undervalued, sidelined, or invisible despite their experience
- are questioning whether to stay, leave, or redefine their role
- want to act with integrity rather than compliance or rebellion
They are often capable, thoughtful individuals who are tired of adapting endlessly — and are ready to make decisions that respect both their competence and their limits.
Why this approach
Before working as a coach, I spent over 25 years in the IT industry, in complex and regulated environments.
That experience shaped how I work today:
- I think in systems, not slogans
- I respect constraints instead of denying them
- I value clarity over persuasion
I understand professional pressure, organizational ambiguity, and the cost of staying too long in roles that no longer fit.
This allows me to meet clients where they are — without dramatizing or minimizing their situation.
What I don’t do
I don’t:
- motivate people to tolerate what is unsustainable
- push quick fixes or predefined paths
- optimize individuals to fit dysfunctional systems
- position myself as the expert on your life
My role is to provide a clear, structured space where you can think, decide, and act with coherence.
