Clarity Session

This session is designed to help you clarify your current situation and understand what is actually happening beneath the surface.
We focus on:
- your current professional context
- the tension between environment, expectations, and identity
- what is within your control — and what is not
- whether coaching is the right next step for you
This session is suitable if you are:

- facing uncertainty, restructuring, or role changes

This session stands on its own and does not require a long-term commitment.
Focused Strategic Session
90 minutes — CHF 320
This session allows for deeper work and is suited for complex or emotionally charged situations.
We work on:
- decision-making under pressure
- identity and role conflicts
- value misalignment at work
- preparation for transitions, exits, or negotiations
- restoring internal stability in unstable environments
This format is ideal when:
- the situation feels layered or unclear
- quick but meaningful insight is needed
- you want depth rather than surface solutions
Coaching Programs
Professional Realignment Program
6 sessions — CHF 1’950
A structured coaching journey designed to support professionals through periods of change and realignment.
This program helps you:
- regain internal stability in uncertain environments

Sessions are scheduled according to your availability (weekly or bi-weekly).

Professional Realignment Program (Extended)
10 sessions — CHF 3’000
This extended program is for deeper and longer transitions.
It is suitable when:
- the professional situation is ongoing or unresolved
- identity and role confusion have accumulated over time
- decisions need to be made gradually and consciously
- you want sustained support while implementing changes
This program allows time for reflection, action, adjustment, and integration.
